Chinese New Year Brunch at the Pan Pacific Vancouver
This Sunday February 6, the Pan Pacific Vancouver will be hosting a special Chinese New Years Day Brunch Buffet at the Cafe Pacifica Restaurant.
This annual event is a fan favorite as each year the Hotel hosts a lavish buffet, live entertainment and a very unique chocolate show piece made fresh from the Pastry Kitchen.
This Sunday, the Chefs will put together a buffet menuincluding traditional Chinese items, fresh sushi and several fresh-food stations.
A few feature items include:
• Charcuterie: Selection of Chinese Cold Cuts, includes Pork Hocks, Beef Shan & Jelly Fish, Beethovens Corned Beef
• Imperial Station: Soya Marinated Black Cod, Hunan Lemon Chicken, Jade Stir Fry Vegatables w/ Almonds, Forbidden City BBQ Duck, BBQ Pork Fried Rice, Dim Sum
• Wok Station: Wok fried Red Snapper, Singapore Fried Noodles with Scallops & Golden Mushrooms
• Dessert Buffet: Chocolate Dipped Fortune Cookies, Sweat Bean Seasame Balls, Egg Tarts, Sago & Lotus seed pudding, Chocolate Mousse, Creme Brule
