Our famous Father’s Day Brunch includes a lavish buffet spread on the Vancouver Waterfront. This year’s menu will feature fresh sushi, dim sum and a live carving station. Feature items will include: Seafood Cioppino (with sablefish, mussels, clams, jumbo prawns), Wild B.C halibut wellington and Slow roasted Skuna Bay salmon (with red pepper coulis).
