Brewery and the Beast – A Festival of Meat

Carnivores, loosen up your belts and get out your bibs! The Brewery and the Beast Festival is making its way back to Vancouver on Sunday, July 27th at Concord Pacific Place (located within walking distance of the Pan Pacific Vancouver). The feature a variety of meats cooked by 35 of Vancouver’s top chefs and feature an assortment of beers, wines and ciders from local breweries.

The broad assortment of meats offered at the festival will include charcuteries, smoked meats, traditional BBQ and even full pig roasts. All the meats provided at the festival will be hormone and antibiotic free, ethically raised and sourced from local farms.

There will be live music at this event performed by The Electric Timber Company and this event is proudly supporting the BC Hospitality Foundation.
