The Vancouver Sun Run 2011 and Team Pan Pacific
Yesterday afternoon, thousands poured into the streets of Vancouver to take part in the 27th Annual Vancouver Sun Run.
This year 49,365 runers, walkers and wheelchair racers pounded the streets of Vancouver in a 10km race to promote health, fitness and community spirit and to support amateur athletics.
This year the Pan Pacific Vancouver sponsored 10 Associates to participate in the event. Team PPV was captained by Robert Murray (Quality Assurance) and made up of Associates from a variety of departments. Congratulations to Trevor Booth (Security) for finishing the Sun Run in 41 minutes and 30 seconds, and to all of Pan Pacific’s Sun Run participants!
