This year marks the 8th annual ceremony to take place at Vancouver’s Jack Poole Plaza, located just steps away from the Pan Pacific Vancouver. The event is presented by Kid’s Help Phone in partnership with Shaw Communications, Global BC and Amacon, the company that founded the Vancouver Tree Lighting Celebration.

Proceeds from this event will support Kid’s Help Phone’s initiatives to improve the mental well-being of youth in British Columbia. The funds raised from this event will help ensure that Kid’s Help Phone can continue to support the 800,000 children and youth in British Columbia who are in need of their professional and confidential counselling services.

The Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony is the perfect family activity to welcome the Christmas holidays while supporting a great cause.
