Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet, Sunday April 8
On Sunday April 8, the Pan Pacific Vancouver will host its famous anual Easter Sunday Brunch.
For over 21 years, the Hotel has been hosting this celebration which welcomes food lovers from all over Vancouver to indulge in a buffet spread crafted by the award winning Chefs Team at the Pan Pacific Vancouver.
This year’s event will include live music, ice carvings, activities for the kids and a visit from the Easter Bunny himself.
From the Buffet table, a few feature items will include: Cognac pork pâté, Chilled BC oysters, Pheasant & pistachio terrine, Forbidden City BBQ duck and the “Paella Valenzia” with scallops, prawns, shrimp, mussels, calamari & clams. Our chefs will also be on hand to serve you fresh food prepared in front of your eyes from the sushi, dim sum, carving and omelette stations.
