Easter Sunday Brunch at the Pan Pacific Vancouver
On April 24, the Pan Pacific Vancouver will host its famous anual Easter Sunday Brunch.
For the past 20 years, the Hotel has been hosting this celebration which welcomes food lovers from all over the city to indulge in a buffet spread crafted by the award winning Chefs Team at the Pan Pacific Vancouver.
This year’s event will include live entertainment, ice carvings, activities for the kids and a visit from the Easter Bunny himself.
In the background you’ll hear live jazz music from the Goby Catt Duo. The kids will also get a chance to make chocolate smores and decorate egg shaped cookies with our chefs.
At the buffet table, a few items will include: Fesh oysters, Paella Valenzia, crispy seared duck breast, translucent Spring salmon and slow roasted lamb sirloin.
There will also be 3 action stations to customize your meal including a: sushi, dim sum, and omelette station .
