Dine Out Vancouver: Cafe Pacifica Restaurant Menu
Starting this Friday (Jan 20 – Feb 5), Dine Out Vancouver Food Festival is making its return to the city for its 10th straight year.
The concept is simple: Vancouver’s hottest restaurants are teaming up to offer a special 3 course menu at prices of $18, $28 or $38 per person. Dine Out is a great way to sample Vancouver restaurants at an affordable price and a perfect excuse to induldge in some great tasting food!
The Menu – $28 per person
Baby Beet Carpaccio with select greens, vanilla bean grapefruit dressing, candied pecan & shaved parmesan
Queen Charlotte Seafood Chowder with wild rice, black pepper straw & fresh chives – (top)
Braised Lamb Shank with root vegetables, parsnip puree, roasted garlic & cipollini onions.
House-Made Butternut Squash Ravioli with wild & gathered BC mushrooms, crumbled goat cheese, crispy pea shoots & aged balsamic herb oil. (Vegetarian)
Exotic Wild Berry Mousse layered with coconut dacquoise & mango mousse.

The Hotel will also offer a dinner and luxury stay package which includes a 3 course dinner for 2 + overnight stay in a luxury room w/ a late checkout and complimentary parking for just $239.
