Every year, Franky Clements (our head bartender for over 24 years) creates 6 new Winter Cocktails in preparation for the Christmas Season. This year, Franky has whipped up some of his favorite ingredients to bring you this season’s drink features – cocktails that go perfectly with a great view on a cold winter’s night.

Santa’s “Milk and Cookies”
Heart-warming fusion of Martell VSOP Cognac with hot coffee topped with Kahlua and whipped cream, served with a crunchy biscotti
Peppermint Patti
Kahlua, Stoli Vanilla Vodka, crème de cacao dark and a splash of Hiram Walker Peppermint Schnapps blended with cream and ice, served in a chocolate swirled martini glass
Dirty Snowball
Delicious holiday flavours of Kahlua, espresso vodka and cream (creamy eggnog when available)
Christmas in Paradise
Enchanting flavours of Malibu Coconut Rum and Hiram Walker Peach Schnapps topped with pineapple juice
