Celebrate Earth Hour at Oceans 999 on Saturday, March 25 between 830pm-930pm.

The Pan will be celebrating planet Earth with live opera, Italian buffet dinner by candlelight and two special Earth Hour cocktails:

Botanist:
2 oz Bombay gin
Muddled fresh basil
Fresh lime juice
Shaken-strain-martini glass

Black Out:
1.5 oz of Ketel One vodka
.5 oz Blue Curacao
Side car of cranberry juice that is poured at the table.
